Carolina Panthers
The Carolina Panthers look to be a team packed with question marks after losing two players that have been starters on the team for years in Julius Peppers and Jake Delhomme. Peppers will be most sorely missed by the team as he was the type of player that had the ability to change a game when he was putting in his full effort.
Delhomme struggled all season and many fans were ready to see him leave town. That being said, there is still a hole to fill with his absence. The woes of the Carolina Panthers do not end here, unfortunately, as former star Steve Smith failed to produce on a consistent basis last year, posting under 1000 yards.
The Panthers will not have a first round pick this year and will start filling holes in the 2nd round. Jason Worilds of Virginia Tech is a player that could produce some pash rush for the Panthers in the 2nd round, giving them a bit of relief in the absence of Julius Peppers
In the 3rd round the Panthers could take a chance on a few quarterbacks including Tim Tebow. Tebow seems to be a good fit as he seems to have the intangibles that the Panthers once saw in former starter Jake Delhomme plus athletic ability and size that makes him a double threat on offense.
The 4th round could be a place where the Panthers could find some help at wide receiver. There are a few solid choices including Jeremy Williams of Tulane and Riley Cooper out of Florida.
